Sidr flowers bloom only once a year, in late October, which means this honey is harvested just once annually, adding to its rarity and value.

Our Sidr honey comes from Wadi Do’an in Yemen’s Hadramaut region, where it is gathered by one of the oldest known beekeeping families, with practices dating back centuries. The honey is produced using ancient methods, with long, hollowed tree hives and careful harvesting that leaves enough honey behind for the bees during drier months. Camels are used to transport the hives at night, allowing the bees to work undisturbed during the day. These methods have remained unchanged through generations, preserving not just the honey, but the tradition behind it.
