This website (“Site”) is operated by Shehroze, a brand operated by Simply The Great Food FZE (“we”, “us”, “our”). We maintain https://shehroze.ae/. The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the products and services available on this Site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

2) Access and Account

  • You may browse the Site without creating an account. Certain features may require you to provide information such as your name, email, payment, and shipping details.

5) Prices, Currency, and Billing

  • Prices shown do not include shipping fees or other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt.

  • The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency (based on your card issuer’s exchange rates and policies, where applicable).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order total.

6) Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. We may also send confirmations or updates via WhatsApp where applicable.

7) Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, risk of loss transfers to you, to the extent permitted by law.

8) Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
