Our honey is cold-extracted, meaning it is never heated before or after extraction. By avoiding heat, the honey retains its natural character and integrity as it comes from the hive.

Once harvested, the raw honey is poured directly into sterilised glass jars without filtration, keeping it as close to its natural state as possible.

Raw honey naturally contains amino acids, minerals, enzymes, and vitamins, including iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium, and B-complex vitamins. It also carries naturally occurring elements such as pollen, propolis, and royal jelly.
