We collect Sidr Honey from wild Sidr Tree belts around Hatta and Ras al Khaimah. Cold-extracted to preserve enzymes, this raw honey offers a smooth texture, rich flavor, and numerous health benefits. With a pH close to human blood, it’s easily absorbed, boosting energy and minerals.

The Sidr tree has been revered for centuries, and true Sidr honey is naturally rare, harvested only once a year in November. Its rich, distinctive taste is often described as unforgettable, and as a raw, cold-extracted honey, it retains its natural nutritional value.

Extracted without heat or industrial filtration, Organic Sidr honey keeps its natural enzymes intact and is bottled using traditional methods. Unlike most raw honeys, it has a pH close to that of human blood, allowing it to dissolve quickly and be used efficiently by the body.
