Panjeeri Laddu is a nutritious and tasty superfood that combines 18 different ingredients. We make it with dried fruits, nuts, and seeds that are roasted in pure A2 Desi Ghee along with semolina.
Delivered fresh to order, having just one laddu with your breakfast each day gives your body the minerals and vitamins it needs to tackle whatever the day brings your way.
We don’t use white or processed sugar. The sweetness comes only from a small amount of jaggery powder.
How is it made today?
We prepare it fresh every morning in our licensed kitchen in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, following the same method rather than adapting it for speed or scale.
Where does this recipe come from?
This recipe comes from my grandmother’s kitchen in Montgomery, Punjab, now known as Sahiwal. It’s something I grew up with, made the same way for generations.
