Refund policy

At Shehroze by Simply The Great Food, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

This policy applies to purchases made on https://shehroze.ae/ and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unopened, unused, and untampered

  • Be in original packaging with seals intact (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as outlined in Section 8.

2) How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@shehroze.ae with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • You will be informed of the next steps for sending the item back

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3) Return Shipping

  • Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping

  • We will provide instructions once the return is approved

  • Do not ship items back without confirmation

4) Return Address

All approved returns should be sent to:

Compass Building, RAKEZ Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Do not send any items to this address unless your return has been approved.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact hello@shehroze.ae for assistance.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

7) Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery

8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

9) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Gift cards
