Almond Barfi

A rich, almond-based fudge (barfi) renowned for its smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and intense nutty flavor. Made fresh on order using high quality almonds, soaked overnight and then roasted in our A2 Desi Ghee, before mixing them with fresh Khoya (Mawa) for a traditional nostalgic taste.
