Our Desi Ghee is crafted fresh every morning using 100% pure cow’s milk, through the traditional fermentation process, commonly known as "Bilona Method". Milk is fermented overnight into Yoghurt, and Yoghurt is then churned to make butter. The butter is gently simmered over a low flame for several hours, separating the solids and creating a rich, aromatic ghee. With no additives or preservatives, A2 Desi Ghee offers a healthy, flavorful option ideal for gut and bone health.
